Suckit! Belgian Blonde first taste

My entry for the garrison brewing contest is a Belgian blonde at 7% ABV. First sample from the keg was still young. Crisp clean and good character from the Ardennes yeast. Finish is dry but not too dry. I think it's nicely balanced and would make a good summer smasher. The carbonation isn't as full as normal Belgians, so ill likely have to turn up the CO2 some more.

Thus far I like it and even if it doesn't win I would brew it again.

Btw there is 500ml of starsan in this brew which came from the blow off jar during a hard crash cool. I guess hard crash cooling creates a vacuum and will suck up the blow off jar.
